I wonder if 4/5 of the other reviews were written by Riverfront Playhouse actors, because the are really overstating how "great" this place is.

It is quite inexpensive, and parking in downtown Aurora is hardly ever a hassle...if you can't come up with something better to do, and like seeing the same handful of people performing in show after show after show, then I guess this place is as good as any to waste a couple hours.

This eclectic theater and dedicated and most talented cast created a memorable experience for myself and my 11 year old sister. Warm and inviting the people are charming and the play, Night of the Loving Dead was awesome! I want to go back and see it again! Keep up the good work!

You have to see it to believe it. Could be the best $15.00 you'll spend or the worst. Yes, it is sometimes a little over the top but that is one of the things that makes it so much fun! Many of the shows sell out, oftem because it's just not that big of a place but it is full of charm.
Need something to drink or munch on don't worry, a small variaty of items is 'available' on site.
Eat first, however.
