Cascades is a a real treat if you're in need of some pampering. The spa itself is warm and inviting, very tastefully decorated and run by an efficient, professional staff. I had a much-needed facial last week and plan to return next month and every month thereafter. The services and prices are comparable to a day spa in a large city and definitely worth the price.
