I went in to get a wax, and it was my first time there, the girl giving me the wax was very impersonal, and I didnt feel comfortable at all. When you go to a salon, no matter what you get done, you should always feel invited and relaxed.

I have been to indulgence salon and spa MANY MANY times. I have never had a bad experience. I know there are a lot of bad reviews on it, but do not listen...go see for yourself! Their Massages and Pedicures are WONDERFUL!!! Very Friendly and Professional staff!!!

I had the most sickening experience of my life!! I went to the salon for the 3rd time and while I was trying to relax, I witnessed the most unacceptable racist conversation between employees at the desk. They seemed to be joking about african americans and said some things that highly offended me, being caucasian, not to mention how others may have taken it. I followed Erica when she moved to Indulgence. Definately a woman who knows what she is doing when it comes to cutting hair. I have had my hair cut but different people and Erica is the only one I will ever let touch my hair again! I cant wait to try out the massages and other services they offer. And..........what salon do you go to and they offer you a free drink at every visit?!!!!

atmosphere is great, feels high end without the price. My stylist Kim Manness is very professional and highly educated in her skill. She talks with you and gets an understanding of what you want. Have always come away completely satisfied with what she has done. I am finally done searching for my perfect stylist/colorist. she's been found.
