I did not like Second Hand Rose, I LOVED it.
The service is great, Gwen Cooper is the owner, and the sweetest woman. I go to Second Hand Rose every chance I get. Second Hand Rose is under construction right now and should be opening pretty soon at No.8 Bank Street Petersburg, Vriginia. I think that everyone should experience this. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this store it is extravagant!
