I hated Egypt and almost everything about it and do not want to ever have to go back. Dubai seems like a much nicer place but not if your not into high end supperfical entertianment( shopping, extravagant living)and if your trying to save $ or not have alot of $.

Dubai Looks gorgious... But I've been to Egypt... if you did not like Cairo... you should go to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt because the only word I could explain it as would be Paradise.

If you want some authentic history of Dubai, then this is the place for you. The one thing that I got from this visit is that it is a darn good thing that they found oil here, cause the land and the people did not have a ton to offer before its discovery.

The house is filled with pictures and some pretty neat artifacts. It gets old a bit quick ...

Dubai is OK to visit. Pricy, superficial, and not a lot of locak culture....but better than Egypt. WAY better than Egypt. Egypt is ugly and dirty, as a country. Only the pyramids are nice.

no doubt that Egypt is the best country all over the whole world
