A Must See
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/29/07
The museum was awesome. It gave you the since of what it must have been like during the time when African-Americans were fighting for equality.
Be sure to take the walking audio tour of Kelly Ingram Park across the street.
I was lucky enough to encounter a gentleman in the park that participated in the marches as a child and he pointed out events and buildings in the area that were a part of the struggle.
Every American citizen needs to visit this place. I could not believe how cheap the admission was, they should charge much more for the Excellent quality of this Institute. You will need to allow for at least 3 hrs. Never a boring moment!
