Hotel charged my credit card a rate higher than the rate confirmed on the reservation made via Hilton Honor. Staff not empowered to handle dispute and can not get Hotel manager to discuss. Having to dispute charges via my credit card company. Stay at your own risk.

It was an unforgetable stay, very clean and beautiful room, fantastic beds, spacious bathroom, wonderfull breakfast, friendly and helpful employees, defently will go back when in Harlingen again

Very clean rooms. The staff was helpful courteous. They even took extra time with my kids and helped them feed the fish in the tank in the lobby.
