We have used this hotel for 2 years as a host hotel for a martial arts tournament, and this year as an overflow hotel. In 2006 and 2007 they were very rude, unhelpful and uncooperative. This year, 2008, they removed my block with out notifying me. I think these people are only out for the money and do not care about the people who use their facility. I strongly recommend to everyone never to use this hotel when you are visiting Conroe, TX.
