  • Clean and new, good view for railfans

    The hotel still looks bring new. Very clean, nice decor, nice pool--nice everything. The free hot breakfast and free high speed internet are very nice. For the railfans out there, ask for a room on the back of the hotel facing I-10. You will be looking at the UP mainline which also see Amtrak's Sunset Limited rolling through town, and lots of ...

    Great customer service.The rooms were decorated very nice and very comfortable.The breakfast was nice.I really liked the internet office,workout area and swimming pool.The place was very clean and my room was cleaned twiced daily.The staff was very helpful for the forgotten items and helping me find my way around town.Very kid friendly.

  • Outstanding Hotel and Service

    We travel to Palm Springs often and this was a great hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and a great breakfast was provided. This is also a new hotel and the decor and accomodations were very pleasing. I will definitely be returning and would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family

  • Hampton Inn Palm Desert

    This Hampton Inn is a little difficult to find because it is not advertised from Hwy. 10 during the off season. It is practically brand new so we found it to be very nice, with a nice breakfast, too. The only "flaw" we encountered was a sour-smelling shower curtain. I had accidentally left my jacket in the closet, and upon calling them a few hours after our departure, it was mailed to me within a couple days.
