Yes, I said bad plumbing. The second day of our stay, upon turning on the water...the water was coming out weak and BROWN! OK, this is a 5 star hotel?! They were very nice and the maintenance crew were already busy at work on this problem. The wait was probably near 4 hours but it was fixed. Anyways, I found this hotel to be average...nothing above par.

They are interested in making as much money as possible.
They do not care about customers very much.
