According to their own website and pamphlet, they are "a short walk to the cruise ship piers." This is completely untrue, because the hotel is about 5 miles away!!

Our room was clean, but the overall cleanliness of the hotel was below average. We had no problem with service, but the 2 parties in front of us had room confirmations, but no rooms!!
