your second homethis hotel is one block from everywhere. the beach the market, the restaurants, the night time spray artists,(you name it).

For Savvy International TravelersThe Hotel Eloisa is a small, well-kept, clean hotel with an outstanding staff, willing to do anything to make your stay more pleasant. The rooms are nice, inexpensive and airy. The beds are firm and comfortable. The basic room (around $32)has a fan. For $5 more, you get TV and air conditioning. The full suites go for about $30 more.
