Location is nice! But you cannot sit outside on your "covered" balcony without hearing the loud motor from the vent in the roof. This humming is very distracting...all I wanted was rest and relaxation! Shower was weak and If you have any challenges the shower is hard to get in/out of.

Would still go back here for the location alone.

The tub had soap scum on it. The towels smelled musty. The kitchen floor was not clean,a multitude of various debris.
Very nice place somewhat off the beaten path from Sturgeon Bay. The hotel was nice and clean. I would suggest to them to get more people at the desk, it seems like the person on duty was always on the phone or helping another guest which made for wait times. The major downfall of this hotel is the lack of room service or even a morning breakfast. ...

I am at the Resort right now and wanted to make sure I get my Review written before returning to the "Real World". Came for a 3 Day Stay. Was Thrilled When We Arrived. Rented the 2 Bedroom Unit. These are Beautiful. Full Kitchen Completely Stocked with Dishes, Pots and Pans. The Living Room Has a Gas Fireplace & Three Picture Windows ...
Stayed at Westood Shores 2 days & the Bridgeport for 2 days. Both were nice but Westwood shores wins hands down for location. Very nice all the way around. We stayed in a 2Bdrm that had a full kitchen a living room & a very nice porch to watch the sunsets. We were unable to take a bad picture here- it is that pretty of a setting.
We were thinking about going to bridgeport but we thought this place would be nice. We should of went to Bridgeport. But the pool was nice and the view was nice. Vicky was so nice and kind. She was cool. It was just ok.

Our favorite anniversary site get away spot!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/10/06
We fell in love with the place the first visit we made there. The beautiful view of the lake and sunsets as well as the privacy we feel even though there are many other occupants is outstanding.
We come with our two best friends and celebrate our wedding anniversary yearly. Our relatives have been told of your wonderful accomodations and now ...
Westwood Shores is located just outside of Sturgeon Bay, close to stores, dining places and even great theater (Guys on Ice). It has the best sunset view and a very friendly staff. This is where I always stay in DC.

Lovley Resort

We stayed at westwood this last july and it was lovley. The staff gave 100% to make are stay good. One staff member would be vicky. She was great. Only one staff member should tone it down a bit that would be Linda . Otherwise it was great.
What a wonderful experience. The view from the unit was great! We enjoyed watching the sunsets right from our patio. We also had fun on the boat. Good perk. Everything was clean and the staff were kind and helpful. Seemed a little pricey at first but was worth it.
