Brilliant hotel, enjoyed every second of my stay

It was brilliant because everybody were polite and friendly. It was very clean. The food was exellcent! We are going there this year as well becuase it is that good!my mum and dad got married their and the staff did everything for them! It is exellcent so go there when you go to mexico! I cant wait till i go back in august!

We had an excellent vacation. We took the kids, 15, 15, and 13 and they had a blast. The poolside entertainment was great and the shows at night were fantastic! It's a great resort with the best entertainment staff! We would recommend this resort to anyone going to cancun. If you go - get involved and meet the other people at the resort and have a great time!

Went the first time in 2002 and again in 2004. Will return in April 2007. Always stay ten days as a week is not long enough. Loose 1 day each way traveling. In 2002 went with another couple and in 2004 we went with 3 other couples. Everyone can't wait to go back.

I just got back (jan 17 2006) from Cancun and didnt really know what to expect since I have never been down there before but the Riu Caribe was great and people were very friendly and good service I had a great time and I would go back again

after reading some bad reviews about Riu Caribe was reluctant to go was glad we did. Our rooms had full sea view were spacious and confortable. the service was great they could not do enough for you,not many bars near to hotel although only left hotel once during week stay no need to everything at hotel.
the bus service outside hotel is great bus about every three mins and only 6.5 pesos overall was very pleased with our choice.

We had two rooms, one for my husband, twelve year old, and me, another for our two eighteen year olds. The older girls loved the 24 hour room service, as they were ordering food at 3AM when they'd get in from the clubs. We loved the stocked mini-frig in each room and the cleanliness of the entire hotel and especially the buffet area.

I love the room, lot's of space, the hotel it self is really nice, and the service is willing to assist you at any time. Altough the prices aren't as high as others, it is a little higher that a normal hotel in the same area, but I personally think it's worth it!
