We went for 2 days over New Year's.
Kids loved water park. (ages were 8,7 and 3)
2 room suite was large and clean with sink, fridge and microwave.
Our only complaint was the onsite restaurant (Jack Tanner's). It was overpriced and service was sloooooow. IHOP down the street wasn't much better.

We booked a suite on line. After having been to a Great Wolf Lodge in Wisconsin we were very dissappointed. No comparison. This is at best a little kiddies park.
Had several problems with the door cards not working. The Staff is not knowlegable about local facilities. Was unable to help me find a Post office of all things. Poor cell phone ...

This "hotel" is the pits.

We just spent the long weekend there and it is dirty, disorganized and a bad deal all around.

We booked a package on the web for the weekend and found they try to nickel and dime at every turn.

The horrible attitude of the workers compounds this nightmare. I would find it hard to believe anyone would write a positive review unless they had a vested interest in doing so....

Loved Everything I think most complaints come from people that are not able to afford there room and are looking to get some sort of deal. My children were esctatic about the waterpark and would not stop crying the whole way home.

I basically have to go to the doctor for the rash after going to the Wave Waterpark because they are to clean. I never have this problem in any other waterparks!! Good Luck!!

i didnt like the beds because there was a poo stain..THE BED WAS NOT CHANGED!.....but the waterpark was fun.I choked in the hot tub..(i didnt drink the water)...something was in the hot tub, like a chemical that i breathed in then i couldnt breath, and i was caughing like a mad monkey!...And in the hot tub there was something flooding in the bubbles..It was grosss!!!
