Avoid this place at all costs. Everything about this is awful:
- Food - my entire family was sick after eating at the downstairs resturant.

- Service - any attempts to remediate issues are met with absolute contempt by the staff

- Rooms - dirty, we found a half eaten sandwich under the bed. Showed it to the staff and they claimed we put ...

My kids (all three of them) got ear infections after a few days at this place. None of them ever had problems before. The management of this place, some guy named Lauren, did not even bother to return my calls when I warned them of this. I posted on-line and, funny enough, two other kids had the same isse the exact weekend we were there.

Be careful, you have been warned.

We had a wonderful time there. we arrived at 1:00 pm and our room was already to go, we had alot of fun at the waterpark, the slides were very fast, everybody was very friendly and helpful, great service at the restaurant. easy phone-in checkout. we will be going back next year and spend a couple of days.

me and my wife went to this great hotel hoping the best. and got the best. water park was out of this world. ive personaly never found a proublem with americana hotels but out of all of them this one was the best food great rooms very roomy and clean

Who needs Great Wolf Lodge when you can stay here for a fraction of the price! It was great! Kids really enjoyed the indoor waterpark. Very clean and a great atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

I was very disappointed with this hotel, the staff was extremely nasty and the place smelled. One person said we could use the pool during our stay and then we got a nasty call that we had no permission to use it.I highly suggest staying somewhere else.
