I stayed at the Cleveland Guesthouse for 2 weeks during my husband's surgery and recovery at Cleveland. What a blessing to have lodging just across the street at the Guesthouse. Found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The free parking and breakfast were a bonus. The room was very adequate and comfortable. The night shuttle was a safe, short, and convenient ride back from Clinic in the late evening. Would definitely stay there again.

When I read the previous review, I thought they had to be talking about a different hotel. I was there during the same period, and had a very positive experience. Now it isn't the Ritz, but our room was clean and adequate. Our wait for the elevator was never more than a few minutes. The staff was very friendly to us. For the convenience, and security, I wouldn't stay anyplace else for our Clinic trips.

After reading some negative reviews, we almost didn't stay there. Am glad we did: most convenient, very accommodating at check-in desk, room was good. Elevators were a little old, though. Nice camaraderie with other patients' families staying there.

Cleveland Clinic should be embarassed to recomend patients and their families to stay in this filthy place!

We have traveled from coast to coast in the United States and the Cleveland Clinic Guesthouse is by far the worse place we have ever stayed! The Cleveland Clinic should be ashamed to even be associated with this place.
