I LOVE THE PLACE BUT SEEING THE TWO SINGERS SLEEPING WITH THEIR GUEST IS TERRIBLE,CAN YOU DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT?YOU SHOULD NOT ALLOW THAT INDESCENT THINGS TO HAPPEN

I loved everything, the food at the hotel was great, the people outstanding,the surrounding area beautiful. The rooms are spacious and warm and most importantly comfortable.All the staff is top notch and helpful.

Service really poor and it is located in an industrial zone. Severely overpriced and not recommended. Breakfast poor quality and full of holiday groups. Not ideal for business

The WORST hotel I had ever stayed. We had a conference at the most shitty place ever.

The hotel main shareholder was a local Suzhou people, Ms Ni, quarreling with our guests over minor matters!!!

First stay in Suzhou but glad I stayed in the Renaissance. The room was immaculate and very well designed. Love the bed, the desk, the mini bar, and especially the bathroom. The bathroom was by far the jewel of the room. Well-lit and marble everywhere; great shower and tub. The staff was always polite and spoke english very well. Meals were good, especially brunch. Would love to stay here again!
