When I arrived in the townhouse there was a dirty towel in the bathroom, there was no phone, and the first floor sliding glass door was unlocked.

If you stay here make sure you bring everything you'll need because you will be supplied with zero. No pots and pans so bring tv dinners. No soap, no paper towels, no toilet paper!
Service was pretty pathetic also.

A family holiday here was a great time, not a prime location, but brilliant for families as it is away from the busy downtown orlando, but swtil close to disney.
