Clean Huge 3 bed 3 bath new units, great pool, near disney! Great clean place. Should be 250.00 a night! A MUST SEE!

This place has everything for the entire family. The kids loved the pools, waterslide and lazy river. The arcade was a blast! We stayed in a 4 bedroom close to the pool. We booked through www.regalpalms.ca. Our house was very clean..... Other than some rain we had an awesome time.

Our family enjoyed staying at the Regal Palms Resort and Spa. The 4 bedroom, 3 bath townhome that we stayed in was very clean. Every bedroom had a 20" tv and living room had 32" tv. Our town home was very dirty from the beds to the black dust around all the air vents all the baseboard trim was black from dirt and dust,found dead bugs throughout the townhome.Went to use the fitness center most cardio equipment was broken

Rented a Townhome. The Kitchen table was dirty. Had to wipe everything down. The beds we so bad. We felt the springs. The computer room in the main labor was leaking water. When I told the staff they stated there is nothing they can do. When you ask the staff a question it was liking talking to the wall.

We loved the clean and spacious townhomes, they had everything we needed. The location was great, just outside the hustle and bustle but close enough to go anywhere. The pool was nice, clean with ample furniture and a nice pool, the lazy river was smallish. Overall we were VERY impressed especially for the low price of 99 dollars per night, we'll definately return next time we're in Orlando.
