AwesomeThis is a absolutly great hotel! All the employees were very friendly. It is a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. The rooms were very roomy,had all the conveniences to make your stay feel at home. Best hotel night's sleep in long time!I really enjoyed my stay! The room was so nice and quiet, even though my room was right next to the stairs.
Also, the room was very clean and the bed's linens were so soft and comfortable. I just about melted into the bed, it felt so good.

PLeasant stayThis hotel is still fairly new and very clean. The staff was most courteous and helpful with any request made. Complimentary breakfast also a plus. Planning another stay as I speak. The Best StayMy stay at the Holiday inn Express was the best ive had. The staff was knew what was going on and the manager was reachable and personally greated me. The breakfast is emaculate and best of all they bake fresh cookies in the afternoon. It will be hard another hotel to top the experience I had here.Was this review helpful? Nice...NiceThis the second time I stayed at the the hotel, and I can not believe that they have made the place even better. Bathrobe and Ipod player in the rooms - great. TV in the elevator, wow is this a limited service hotel. The breakfast keeps getting better, they added a few new hot items. HORRIBLE...don't waste your time!These people have no idea what is going on! We had a reserved a room a MONTH in advance and when we got there there credit card machine didn't work. So we went to eat and came back and in that time they gave one of our rooms AWAY! There was 7 of us and they wanted us to all sleep in the SAME ROOM! Stay Away!!!!The hotel is new and nice looking... but the service is awful. The guy working the front desk was completely incompetent. We watched as he had double-booked two guests in the same room. Terrible experienceThe service was very poor. They could not get their credit card machine to work. They double booked two families while I was waiting, and when we left for dinner to let them figure out what to do about their machine, they gave one of our rooms away.Was this review helpful? I would stay there again, but . . .The hotel is nice and the rooms slept comfortably. The hotel is located walking distance from a movie theatre, a major grocery store, restaurants, and other services. I would stay there again, but the service was non-existent.
