3 weeks in july... never never again... stay away from this "hotel"

have been to 6 viva resorts so far and this is by far the worst.front desk staff was completely indifferent.asked for drinks in our room 5 times before we got any,asked for wake up calls 5 times and only recieved 3.food was par at best,always dry potatoes and rice.all other viva resorts have been great,but this is the exception.we will never go back to this one!!!

I STAYED THER FOR A WEEK AND I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY WHYNDAM ANY MORE... THE SERVICE WAS TOTALLY ABSENT, THERE WAS CRITTERS IN THE FOOD, THEIR EXECUTIVE ROOM WERE FAR FROM BEING EXECUTIVE, WE WERE 15 MINUTES LATE FOR THE ``À LA CARTE`` RESTAURANT AND THE WITER DID NOT WANT TO ADMIT US SAYING THAT WE WERE TOO LATE AND THAT WOULD DISTURB THE 9 ...

Bad food, several people got sick. They messed up our room 4 times and one of the times the room hey put us in had other people sleeping IN IT! Manager didn't care to help us. They said that we had to let them know if we wanted our room cleaned everyday and if we wanted clean towels and toilet paper to pick it up ourselves with the maid the at front desk. Horrible experience. Mold all over bathtub. Not as pictured at all!

I arrived at the hotel at 2am, the staff looked at me as if I was at the wrong place. The hotel could not find my reservation so I had to call my booking agent and have them confirm my reservation. The service was great. People there were all so happy and always ready to help.
Cleanlines was well and the room was always cleaned very well. The hotel area was beautiful it could be seen how good they took care of the plants andd flowers there.

the only thing that was bad that not all of Dominican republic was clean. like when we went horse riding (really good)we stop for lunch with amazing food that come from dirty old shacks!
