I recently stayed at Hotel ZaZa several nights while in town for business. The rooms and common areas were nice and the concierge very friendly. However, the hotel manager was very unhelpful as were the people in accounting. I had double charges on my card for items taken from the mini bar that I did not take! i felt like a pricess everyoe was ultra nice all of the rooms had a great view of dallas and trust me ive stayed in a lot of hotels this one was the cleanist no rats, bugs or unwanted creatures!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I stayed only for one night, but honestly between the restaurant, bar and room, it felt like being on the magic carpet. I have been in many hotel on both sie of the ocean, may be for several factors, this will be a hotel I will remember most.

You will indulge yourself in great food,spirits and social setting at the Dragon Fly !Room service was just what the doctor ordered!Always there when you need them.This one deserves 7 STARS!!!!!!

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

REMINDS ME OF A EUROPEAN HOTEL. SERVICE AND FRIENDLINESS IMPECABLE. VERY URBAN..VERY CONTEMPORARY. GREAT LOCATION TO SOME OF DALLAS' BEST RESTAURANTS SUCH AS BICE AND CAPITOL GRILL AT THE CRESCENT HOTEL 1 BLOCK AWAY. DRAGONFLY (VERY UPBEAT) AT THE HOTEL ITSELF. NICK AND SAM'S STEAK HOUSE NOT FAR.
ROOMS ARE VERY COOL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
