Very friendly. Stan and Lenny make you feel right at home. Rooms are clean and charming..My best experience was having a massage by Lenny..What could be better but to roll off the table and into the hot tub on the back deck ahhhh...Location the best..Will return...

This was my 3rd time here. Nothing not too like. Your made to feel at home from the moment you enter the front door. Like others say, the barbies in the front let you know there is nothing normal about this place. Would give it 10 out of 10 stars for our entire stay. Stan really goes out of his way to do everything for everyone.

This place rocks. The warm atmosphere is genuine. Stan & Lenny treat you like OLD BEST FRIENDS. You have to experience this for yourself, because EVERYTHING IS PERFECT and REAL. A MUST STAY !

Stayed there for three nights in July. Enjoyable, close to down town P-town. Friendly, helpful staff. We had a private bath which was very nice. They served a nice continental breakfast each morning. It was an up hill walk to reach where your car was parked.

Loved everything about this place. From the pink outside of the house, too the barbie dolls located with KEN & KEN together and BARBIE AND BARBIE together, what was not too like. THe guys that own the place will make everyone welcome

very warm and very charming. The guys that run this place are very helpful in making your stay perfect. The muffins were warm and coffee better than star bucks. no this not a reason to stay here, but that made a perfect place more enjoyable. we will be back this summer a few times.

Both Tom and I would like to say to Stan and lenny what a great place you have. After staying at many different places over the years, we must say your place is the best. It starts from the moment you call and speak to guys over the phone and the hospitality doesn't end till your in your car and feeling like you have just left great friends. We thank you both so very much
