The space of the rooms...no matter what type of room (two bedroom or one bedroom) was perfect! The fact that there is a kitchenette is also a bonus. I found the rooms clean and tidy. I found the staff friendly and helpful. Always have and will return. ;) Very restful atmosphere.

We had a disappointing experience at the Residence Inn in Cheektowaga last Friday night - March 21st. I stayed here for several months! Their worst people are their management! They wouldn't change your linens often (not even 1 in 3 days). They are unhappy if you request service. GM and AGM are the worst people person. Manager and the staff are very good! The worst house keeping cleaner is fired! Their BEST is their Kitchen staff! Very hospitable! Not good for long term families with Children.

Well I felt the service was lousy, and the pool was dirty! But other then that, it was okay. And it is unacceptable that I had to write 25 words or more!!!

I found this to be one of the best accommodations within the area. If you are traveling as a family (especially with young children), I highly recommend this location.
