We used the shuttle from Logan Airport - very handy. At check-in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean, but not as large as other Embassy Suites I've stayed at. The breakfast is great. Lots to choose from. The "T" is walking distance. The station is located across a soccer field and even though you can see ...

Stayed for a convention in town, first from bellman to front desk very nice.Room was clean and breakfst very good with plenty of food. The coctail party fine too. The hotel is 5 minutes walking to train station, made it very easy to get in town and back when needed. It is a little out of the way from town but very close to airport. ALso, not much around hotel but, very easy to navigate the "T" trains in Boston. Would stay again
I was charged twice for my stay at the Embassy Hotel and have yet received a credit. I have called a number of times and keep getting the run around. My stay there was my first and probably my last because of this inconvienance.
First off this place is very over priced! They charge 11.99 for a movie on demand. Breakfast was another story! With a 2 year old we were looking forward to breakfast at the hotel. We got downstairs around 9:30 and breakfast was over!! Who stops serving breakfast at 9am? We were very dissappointed. The room service was okay nothing special. The ...

It was fine

The breakfast was very good, many choices. The public areas were not real clean, carpets were needing attention. Our room had a broken chair and the TV's were old. We took the T into Boston with no problems. We walked to the station, about a 5 min. walk.

Great for an early flight!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/29/08
Stayed there when I had an early flight and did not want to fight traffic. Thank goodness I did because the security line was incredibly long!. Exceptional room, nice view, clean and comfortable. However, there are no "real" dining option, such as a on-site restaurant or lounge. But, you're just a quick cab ride from the North End and great Italian!
It was my first visit to Bosaton and the entire staff at Embassy made me feel very welcome. They were always courteous, helpful and attentive. The only disadvantage of staying here is the location which is dampner - specially when coming back from the city center late at night. They are happy to provide a transport to the subway station but ...

not the best of the chain

The front desk staff is very nice - especially since I needed to get new keys at least once a day - the old ones demagnitized. The housekeeping was poor. One day they forgot our room and another they did only the most obvious - make the bed, change the towels, emptied the garbage. location is very inconvenient for Boston - but they did offer shuttle service to the "T".
This was a great hotel. Stayed November 2006. Great large breakfast in the morning. Fast shuttle to and from the airport and subway/buses. Sometimes takes a while to get through on the phone lines for a shuttle pickup, but it's worth the wait. Friendly, helpful staff. Disappointing that the hot tub was out of service for my 4 day stay, ...

Staying there again!

Terrific breakfast fare. Lots of selection. I am returning for the breakfast! Great location. Shuttle to and from airport is convenient! I stayed in a suite, which was spacious.
