Why do people whinge?

Just returned from a few days in this hotel. The fabric is a little tired but is due for refurb soon after being bought by Remada. I found the staff more than helpful and their english was good and the French even better. The food was good with lots of choice and plenty of it. Perhaps if you go to a foreign country you should treat people with respect and try and learn their language.
The rooms were a good size and had all the facilities.
Stayed in this hotel for a week, in a full pension regime. The first day there were already complications in the restaurant, a confusion with the reservations said I had to pay for the water and wine that should be included in the regime. On the down-side: this hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere the surrounding area is a mixture of building sites and luxury hotels. There’s not much in the way of entertainment in the area, there are a couple of decent restaurants in the nearest town (La Marsa). STAY AWAY! THIS IS A HORRIBLE HOTEL, MILES FROM ANYWHERE IN THE MIDDLE OF A ZONE FOR TOURISTS WHICH, AS I WRITE (5.2004), IS MOSTLY A BUILDING SITE.
