I would never stay at this hotel again. Cheap, dirty and pricy. You can hear the room upstairs and the cars going by xuz the hotel is located right by the main road.

Very nice hotel, great service and close to many restaraunts and Newport scene. Has a Chilis in front which is convenient, and a DD is also nearby but the free breakfast is also a bonus!!!!

Hotel was great, not too far from downtown Newport. Great indoor pool and hot tub. Quiet and very clean. Easy to get into and out of with traffic light on Route 114.

Directions on web not great. Didn't tell you that hotel was on Route 114, only stated it was on 138 and got lost trying to find it.

The staff were very nice here, but the hotel is horrible. Cheaply made hotel should not charge so much! The pool was green, the breakfast was dry, and the elevator felt like it was going to fall. I will never stay here again.
Also, They own the Inn at Newport Beach, and try to get you to stay there for twice as much money, but dont fall for it. Its is a dump, even worse than this hotel. I would recommend the hotels closer to town.
