Loved the room & view. Wonderful bed. Great staff and friendly service. Breakfast buffet was really nice, too.

This hotel has the most comfortable beds EVER!!! The hotel is very nice, clean, and classy. I've tried searching on the internet to find out how to purchase the same bedding they have, all to no avail. If anyone knows, please let me know!

Pros: Quick check-in. Arrived around noon Monday, check in took no more than 5min. maybe.
The room: The bed we wanted to take home with us. Absolutely incredible, a ton of pillows/ the comforter, we got lost in that bed.
We were up-graded to the 14th floor for free which was nice, had a nice view of the mall...

The hotel is always clean and the food is good. The service is so great it just makes you to want to go back.The rooms are clean and big the the decourage is great and the linens are wonderful and a lot of them in each room. Most hotel you have to keep asking for more linens.

This is a very nice hotel. My husband and I stayed there for Valentine's Day in 2004 and 2005 and plan on staying there this year also. We stayed in July 2004 because a concert was being held at the pavilion next door. We arrived early but were given a room without a problem. A bellman loaded us up and took us to our clean, comfortable room while another parked our car.
