My family and I made our reservations online and had them confirmed. We traveled nearly 4 hours from home and were told that our reservations were not in their system. They would not honor the online reservation because the price was "too low" and offered to charge us $100 more if we wanted to stay. We were stranded far from home on a holiday weekend. I hope this never happens to anyone else.
