Terrible!!!!I found lots of hair in my bathtub with a film. When I informed them of it, they gave me cleaner! They treated me rudely and refused to adjust my rate or change my room! Also, my remote control did not work and the parking lot lights were blinding at night and the drapes would not close!OVERALL

High QualityThe Quality Inn & Suites is a beautiful place for any individual to relax and rejuvenate. I really enjoyed staying here and found myself many times admiring the beautiful design of the building and the serene yet natural view of the surrounding environment. A PLACE FOR YOUR GROUP TO STAYThis past week, 39 senior adults attended a play at Barter Theatre and stayed at Quality Inns in Abingdon, VA. The service, rooms, BREAKFAST BUFFET, and location were EXCELLENT. One member of our group said, "In all my travels, I have never stayed in a nicer place." Most of our group members said, "My room was EXTRA nice."
