The staffs at this hotel were wonderful. We had to leave our home in LA and moved into this hotel for 3 days, but we never felt away from our home. Thank you.

The staff at this hotel is great. I was meeting few people in there lobby during breakfast hour and the front desk agent walk up to me and asked me if I would like to move my meeting in there meeting room. I was happy to do so and when I went to pay, they informed me that it was there pleasure and there would be no charge. I inform all my staff to stay at this hotel when they are traveling in the area. Keep up the great customer service.

My house recently burned down and had to move into the Hampton Inn in Pearland. The staff made me feel at home & really looked after me and I felt like part of their team. This hotel is truly exceptional with there service. I recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a place to stay when coming to visit in this area.

This hotel has the most wonderful staff members we have encountered. We stay here every time we come to visit our family from Ohio. The staff has been the same since they opened & we have gotten to know most of them personally and they always remember us as soon as we walk in the door. It is just a great feeling to call it home for the time we are there.

I recently had a house fire that required me to stay at the Hampton Inn for a week. Their friendly staff and great service really helped cushion the shock of being homeless. The ladies serving breakfast really gave a great start to the day. Mr Patel did everything possible to ensure I enjoyed my stay. Keep up the great work guys!
