We had a one-night stay in late March 2008. Very impressed with the quality of service, cleanliness of the room, helpfulness of the staff... even the breakfast was first-rate. Kids were delighted at the prospect of fresh cookies at checkout (7am to catch a flight out of SFO... less than 5 minutes away).

Would DEFINITELY stay here again if in the SFO area...

i was going to stay @ the hotel accross the street and 3 days before i was to go down i changed to the Hampton and still got a great deal and a good room !!

I had the worst phone inquiry experience ever.. I really thought i called a residential number.. the way they answer the call reflects much about the way they would handle my stay so forget it...I hope others will have a different phone inquiry experience so they could have guests..good luck

everything abouth this hotel was great. free parking, breakfast, employees and the rooms. the staff and the cleaness plus the service was just wonderful,, new property wow

As I wrote on a formal complaint letter already e-mailed to Yahoo! Travel some days ago, this was a very bad experience as the room that was reserved for us was totally different of what we have asked (and paid for).
The front desk manager was not very helpful, but the location of the hotel was ok.

Referred by a friend to stay here instead of another hotel nearby. Was very happy to be saving money which is honestly my biggest concern. But I was pleasantly surprised to be staying at a new hotel with very clean rooms.
