Cool without being cold; excellent service from a young and attractive and well-trained staff. Room wasn't huge, but well-arranged and had all the amenities. I spent nearly a full week here and didn't have a single complaint.

Nine-Zero is a jarringly modern mid-size hotel perfectly situated close to the Common, theatre and financial districts. I found the staff very attentive, warm, friendly, professional. My room was luxuriantly appointed, the view from the 19th floor was grand. Beds were comfortable. Room service was fast and efficient. Rather expensive, but first class all the way.

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.
