I thought security procedures were extremely lax. The rooms are generally O.K and the staff is friendly, however the food leaves much to be desired.

In Alexandria on business and the hotel was recommended as being conveneint - yes it is convenient - if you like to live in the middle of a mall with noise that is unbelievable at 2 a.m. when one is trying to sleep, security is lax, service leaves a lot to e desired and the cleanliness makes me think of inviting a health inspector from back home to ...

me and my family had spent a day use at Hilton's King Ranch (managed by green plaza hotels)and we had a horrible day. staff were not welcoming.food and service were very improper.no maid to clean bathrooms (ladies rest room).no simple meical adhesive aid for a finger wound.conclusion: they are suffering from very terrible managment.Advice: Do not go

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at the hotel and on both occasions I suffered multiple mosquito bites all over my body. Even the dining room was not clear of them, and I received bites to my arm whilst I had supper. This is totally unacceptable. Complaining has little effect. The hotel needs to introduce effective pest control so guests don't have to suffer these painful bites.

We were here 2 years ago and the hotel had its problems and returning this time we realized nothing has changed. Housekeeping is extremely lax as is the laundry service. The rooms are in need of fixing up and some of our furniture was broken.
The staff is overall friendly and with the mall right around the hotel there is plenty of shopping and places to eat both American or local foods.

i have been in alexandria for 2 weeks & happend alot of problem with me, the staff was wanderfull to handel the problem, but i don't think i will visit the hotil next time, if i will maby it will be to visit the staff who helpe me in all prblem but i will not live in thr hotil.

The reception staff were unqualified and are not professional. Air condition and ventilation were off for a whole night. Swimming pool, towels and pillowcases were not clean. The area of the hotel was hot with lots of mosquitos. There is no sea view for that hotel.I disliked this place and will never repeat the trip.

The hotel entry reception is under renovation which was a big turn-off. The room provided was a smoking one despite our protests. Food in the hotel's Italian restaurant is below average & unclean. It was appalling to see the waiter put ice-cubes in the glass with his bare-hands!!! The beds are OK but the toilets leave a lot to be desired. ...

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past five years. Overall it seems to be well-run, and the staff are helpful when they have finished dealing with their more-important Arab customers (non-Arab tourists are lower down the pecking order).
