We would reserve a room again!Our experience at Club Quarters Wacker at Michigan was very pleasant. The check in was fast and the desk clerk was very cordial. The room was clean and we had a great view of the Chicago River. I liked the free bottled water that you could get at any time. Run for Your LifeOther than the location there was no value here.I Knew that I was not booking a 5-star luxury hotel, but not prepared for what I encountered. Front desk clerk claims that I reserved a room with a full size bed. I advise her our reservation is a queen-sized bed. Better Than ExpectedExcellent location for walking the city. We enjoyed the cafe adjacent to the hotel and the fact that we were a bit off the beaten path, but close to everything. The Perfect LocationThis was our first time visiting Chicago, and this hotel location couldn't have been better. Everyone at the hotel was very helpfull and friendly and the rooms were clean. Excellent!The location couldn't have been better and the price was a bargain! I can't wait to go back. We were within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to be. Pleasantly SurprisedI came here on a weekend getaway with my boyfriend. When he said we were staying at Club Quarters, I thought, I've never heard of this. Where is he taking me? I hope all downtown Chicago hotels aren't like this !!!!!!!!I'll tell you the good stuff first. I loved the location just a couple blocks from Michigan Ave. Also, within a short walk from the hotel entrance is a very nice ,very reasonably priced place called , "The Corner Bakery". Fours years at the ClubAttending Graduate school once a month for four years in Chicago. I wanted a place near to airports, school, safe, comfortable and reasonable.

Great hotel for a great price!The rooms were on the small side as most of the other reviews pointed out, but I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were decorated very nicely and were clean. The location was perfect - right at the beginning of the Magnificent Mile. I would definitely stay there again - great price!2 of 2 Yahoo!
