The place is verry beautiful,the food is excelent and the sunset is unforgettable.We stay in this hotel 2 times more and we are planning the go back this year.

When adults can't relax around or in the pool because the area is overrun with kids its not a fun place to be. The parents like it because its a free baby sitting area. The staff no nothing about it even if you call and complain. There is no adult swimming hour. So kids rule!!! NOT A RELAXING ADULT DESTINATION!!!

This is a borderline casual/luxurious type of place. Very clean, great laid back town, staff is great, food very good and at a casual price. A must go

The Offer I got was for $399.00 for 3 days and 2 nights including 2 breakfast (for 2) made to order or buffet , and 1 lunch (for 2) from the regular menu. Room is big enough, with a balcony, very nice bathroom.Everything perfectly clean.
Pool is shallow , good for children.
I would return any time.

This hotel is great... I took a special package because The filarmonic was performing there at beach and it was great... It included american breakfast and lunch until 4.00pm we really eat and all the food was delicious. The pool is great ang big with a built in pool bar.Rated this hotel 5 stars

It is beautiful. Yje viwe from the 5th floor was great. The weather was nice and it was so much fun having a margarita at the bar inside the swimming pool. This has to be one of the best places to unwind in PR. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens, and a romantic beach. The hotel tropical-asian decoration is simple, yet sophisticated,never overwheming. Their food buffets are very good and the attention provided by the staff is remarkable. We felt we were well taken cared off.
