best hotel in LagosI found this hotel to be extremely clean and way above my expectations. I believe there are rooms that are not renovated. We stayed in newly renovated rooms and it was quite wonderful by even the pickiest standards. I was a travel agent for 8 years and have traveled extensively. How to do it badlyOver priced and over rated, nothing worked although it was all there, none of the staff knew how anything worked, housemaid lost the TV remote control and then blamed me, it was in the bedding as she hadn't made the bed correctly.

Good quality staff and service
The gym was small but perfect for my requirement.
Not having been to Nigeria for over thirty years, I was pleasantly surprised at the overall quality of the hotel.
Dislikes
Noice from the buliding work next door.I complained to the manager and I was moved immediately.

Pleasant Surprise in Ikoyi, LagosI liked this Hotel for what it's trying to do. it's a much needed hotel centrally located in the (used-to-be) quiet Ikoyi minutes from Ikoyi Club and Lagos' new Business District of Victoria Island. Overpriced!This hotel is way overpriced - rooms are small and aircon can be terribly noisy. Too quiet as well...nothing to do around
