Loved the bar, the pool and the central location.

But this has to be the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The walls are paper thin. But it's the doors to the guest rooms that are the most in need of improvement.

Hydraulic hinges for sound proof doors would make this HoJo worth the money. And there's a definite need for a sign ...

I have stayed before and liked it, this time was a disaster! We used the banquet room and spent a lot of money- went to the restaurant and bar area later and were treated very poorly. The hotel says they are seperate- sure didn't seem that way when I was booking food etc...they are happy to take the money- don't want to fix the problems. ...

We liked the professionalism of the front desk staff. The reason we chose this hotel is that there was a coupon in the TV Guide section of the Winnipeg Free Press -- $45 per night Monday thru Thursday. Unfortunately for us our stay was just one night. This was my second stay at this hotel. I must admit that this time I was not as satisfied as the time before. The cleaning was very sloppy and some of the cleaning staff were not very professional in their dealings with hotel guests... The front desk attendants were very helpful and friendly however, which redeemed the stay.

they are really updating- I had stopped into the bar and we decided to stay at this hotel instead of another. Its way classy and you can tell they are really updating things- the pool area was excellent and with a bar and restaurant right there we thought that was excellent. The breakfast bar was more than outstanding- you order what you want and then they made it - fresh. I would really recommend it and will be back.

When I pulled up to the hotel, I could tell they were remodeling some things becuase there were lots of workers around. I think I must have stayed in a room that had been recently redone and it was fabulous. The extras were nice too; we had fun at the nice pool area and the casino area. Will definitley stay again :)
