Never again, look elsewhereThe room was over powered by air freshners in the air-con unit to cover of god knows what smells, the parking was horrible, we had to park down the street, the rooms linens was inside out, and not sure if they were clean. The whole place was a dump for 90.00 dollars a night especially when the Hilton is down the street for the same price.OVERALL

oh gad! what a dump!apparently this hotel was "recently" renovated? hmmm...and we stayed in a renovated suite!?? saw they painted over spiders tho! the room stink! stank! stunk! we had to go to the convenient store down the street to buy febreeze so we could tolorate the room. the security locks on the doors are still chains, but no nobbies on the end of ...0 of 1 Yahoo! WILL STAY AGAINThis is a great place to stay especially for a family on a limited budget. We had a nice room with access directly to the ocean. You cannot beat this for the price. Great location.OVERALL

between poor and averageMost of the staff was friendly - day clerk clearly didn't want to wait on incoming customers..
Promised a ocean view room - didn't get it when we checked in.
Tub wouldn't drain - bed linens had holes in them or were so thin you could see the mattress through them.

Parking at a PremiumThe motel had good housekeeping services, it was clean, close to attractions and it had very reasonable rates. However, the internet description says Oceanfront, 32 beachfront rooms. Not knowing how many rooms the motel had, it appeared to me that all rooms were beachfront. Not so. Got charged for a bed I didn't sleep in!I canceled my reservations about 35 hours in advance. I ended up getting charged for it any way. Excellent valueI've stayed here recently and was very impressed!! Rooms are extremely clean & comfortable. Bathrooms have new tile floor & shiny marble sink. Deadbolt on door, friendly service, pool, nice lobby, in room safe for valuables, fridge, microwave & large tv in room. The only downside I see here is not all rooms have oceanview or balconies.
