I have read several of these reviews and can't understand why some rate this hotel at over three stars. I have stayed here several times a year since it was new.

When new, service and value were above most Courtyards in the nation, especially as a Marriott Platinum Member. Now it is approaching the standards of the area and rates continue to rise without reason.

Check in and out was effortless. Coffee always on hand in the lobby. The kids loved swimming in February but the pool is showing some age. Discolored and the ladder was broken loose but hotel pools are not renovated often anywhere. Room was clean. Very firm mattresses. Good for those who enjoy firm mattresses. Close to many restaurants and very easy to get to. We would definitely go back.
