Great place to stay. Very convenient location. Closest to Pigeon Forge. They need to improve on the breakfast. While we were there (3 mornings) they had a very slim selection. No fresh fruit. We went next door 2 mornings to a pancake house.

We always stay at this particular hotel in the gatlinburg area its really feels like home we always stay their the rooms are always clean and great the pool is always clean and refreshing the hotel is in the perfect spot...the trolley stops at the hotel..often...indoor outdoor pool indoor gym enternet access...complimentary breakfast...truly one the best hotels in gatlinburg...stay here u will not regret it...

My husband and I stayed here one night on our way to Myrtle Beach, SC, and we loved it! The room was nice, smelled great, so clean, the hotel was very well-kept. One downfall was the mini-golf noise!! The location was a bit out from the rest of town, but that was ok. We really liked it and would definitely stay again.

My daughter and I stayed there in July 2006.The rooms were very clean and spacious.The staff was friendly and very helful.There breakfast was very good better than most .The internet connections was very good.Very good almost as good as the Seviervilelocation

service was not good at all. the motel was to far from the main down town to walk had to drive and then pay for parking.

I loved this hotel for many reasons.
The staff was so friedly, also, they allowed you to be in the pool a little past the pool hours. When my children were going in brtween the out door pool and the indoor pool/spa, which were marvelous, there were no complaints. I would recomend this hotel to anyone, and plan on going back again and again !
