We wanted a nice getaway from our routine, booked this hotel, more expensive than we normally would, online (paid in advance). We did not use their valet parking, their expensive mini-bar items or eat at the restaurant. Hotel Valencia is nice. The lobby area is very dark and contemporary. The king size bed was very comfortable and clean. Our room was non-smoking but it was obvious whomever stayed before us had smoked alot in our room. But my major complaint is that I mentioned several times that we where celebrating our anniversary and the Hotel staff never acknowledged it. I've stayed at similar hotels that send at least a note.

Service is great best ever made so clean you can eat off floor i can live here! room service comes quickly man they must be geneticly different! Cool baby.

This was my 1st time in San Antonio and the staff at Hotel Valencia made it perfect. The rooms are beautiful and well designed. The bed is so comfortable. I did have an incident with the turn down service staff member but it was quickly resolved by security. Even with that incident just knowing how quick security responds made me feel safe. I was ...
