A very friendly place, from the front desk to the restaurant manager. My wife and I stayed there 4 years ago, and 2 years ago when we decided to "Return to Sorrento", I e- mailed the Villa Maria requesting the same room that we had before, along with a picture that we took showing the room, the outdoor patio, and in the background, Mt. Vesuvius. A great stay. Hope there's a third time.
