i stayed at Narl Hotel when i travelled in Barrow in Sept. 2008 and i think it's a good, clean and cheap place to stay at. the distance between and downtown and narl hotel may be a problem to tourists, but it's not hard to get a lift to any place wherever you want to go. if you're an independent traveller, stay here to save your limited budgets. :)
