This small restaurant sits just inland from the Cook Inlet coast, along the highway between Soldotna and Homer. Along much of the road's length, you have spectacular views across Cook Inlet to Mt. Redoubt and Mt. Iliamna volcanoes, both of which are covered by huge glaciers. Redoubt erupted in the 1990's, and Iliamna is still smoking. ...

I love the friendly service, small town atmosphere, good food. Stop in for coffee and say hi. Always end up staying longer then planned. The problem that I have seen is the Bar and the Restaurant owners do not see eye to eye and agree on sharing of the cost for repairs / remodeling.
