I been going to 7 clans for the last three yrs and never had a bad experience. water park is awesome and so is the malt shop and buffet.. thief river falls is close enough for shopping or pick up something you may have forgotten ,,, i recommend it to everyone and love going there.. I just can't wait for sunday,,, its an hour and a half drive from where i live with casinos very near by but, this drive is worth it for the water park!!

We have stayed twice at the hotel and visited the water park two more times. We have discovered that they have no thought about customer service whatsoever. We had a room with a fireplace, very cozy. We went for a girls weekend get away and can say we would go back for more. The lazy river was relaxing, the waterfall hottub was picturesque. Amazing water park. Great value for nice spacious rooms. Hotel has log cabin feel and cottage decor. Food is absolutely terrible! even the pizza is bad, trust me, make other arrangements for food in the nearby town. Staff is not very friendly so don't expect hospitality at it's finest. Smoking is allowed even in non smoking rooms, the hotel reeks of it.
Staff walk up and down the halls at night to check on noise and for safety.

I loved the waterpark! Endless things to do. I'm not much of a player but my brother loved the casino. For one, I think the staff was very helpful. The only thing was it was hard to find for us. Suites are beautiful. Go for the Ultimate. It is very worth it to get the Jacuzzi.

I agree with the fact that staff are not very courteous or 'customer friendly'. Nice place to go if you have children or enjoy gambling.
