This ski resort is a great place to wind down in the summer, too. This resort is located perfectly for skiing at Lutsen and has nice indoor/outdoor pool. Neither of those are enough to put up with the terrible customer service, shabby rooms and rip off pricing policies.

After checking in we drove to our building where our room was-first off the front door was moldy and dirty,then as we entered the room it appeared the bed hadn't been made up-I called the front desk and he sent the housekeeping staff in-they came in and kicked the dust-ruffle under the bed so it appeared to be right,and one housekeeper ...

I absolutely loved this place. I found it a little hard to find, but it was one of the best places I have ever stayed. The suite was great...I loved the whirlpool and the fireplace. It's just an all around great place. I can't wait to go back this winter.
