Spruce Falls is the place that makes me feel like I shouldn't write a review, or should purposefully write a bad review just to try and keep too many people from knowing about it. The cabins are very nice in an old school, rustic cabin kind of way. We had a fantastic view of Lake Superior directly out the living and master bedroom windows, and loved falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves.

These cabins and the managers are wonderful. This is not your typical resort catering to people who want the latest gadgets and electronic equipment. It is a place for people who want to unplug and unwind. It is very rustic with a beautiful view. There is no tv and all you can hear are the waves crashing along the shore. Several Cabins are very nice and on the water.
I have stayed at many cabins on the shore over the years and have always been impressed with how friendly people are.... this not the case here!!!

Very bad attitude

The cabin we stayed in was not cleaned and we had to spend the first day cleaning up. The bedrooms were very small and the beds were not comfortable.

The location is nice.
