My wife & I [her] decided that we would celebrate our 33rd Anniversary on the coast. Moonstone made that possible. Older, but comfortable, location awesome, very clean, unique. Good people. Check it out. Moclips is unique, Ocean Shores, if you want is close, and a lot of beauty in between.

the moonstone is a get away find. If you like the Confort Inn, stay away. This palace is old, boring, not near anything.........except a great Ocean view, a friendly staff, unpretentious people,delivery Pizza to die for............we love it. We get a little kitchen unit, take our food because there is no grocery in town.........and kick back. Don't tell others, but do go yourself!!!!

the rooms are not carpeted, the beds are not large, there is no hot tub or pool but if you want to stay on the beach, hear the surf all dayand night, walk a few yards for a beachside marshmellow roast or build sand castles, this is the best hotel around.
